Research Abstract |
真空紫外レーザー超高分解能光電子分光装置を用いて、高温超伝導銅酸化物の研究を行った。自然幅の小さいレーザーを用いることでこれまで報告された中で最も明瞭で鋭いスペクトルを得ることに成功し、超伝導ギャップのゼロ点(ノード)近傍の電子構造やキャリア特性を明らかにした。また、表面金属状態が強く内部の超伝導状態を覆い隠してしまうため従来光電子分光が困難だったYBa_2Cu_3O_<7-δ>系において、バルク敏感性を活かし、超伝導状態の直接観測に成功した。
