Research Abstract

不整合格子系有機超伝導体のなかで、常圧では金属.絶縁体転移を示す物質(MDT-TS)(AuI_2)_<0.441>の反強磁性絶縁相が50Kという高いネール温度、6.9Tという高いフロップ磁場を有することを実験的に明らかにした。また、超伝導相は1.0-1.8GPaの広い圧力領域で存在し、1.27GPaで転移温度は最高の4.9Kを示すことを実験的に明らかにした。これらの結果から、当初の目的である温度-磁場-圧力相図を得ることができた。
