Research Abstract |
Phenomena such as heat transfer are called "nonequilibrium". Physical understanding of nonequilibrium phenomena is still poor, even though the phenomena are ubiquitous in nature. In this study, we investigate dynamics and structural formation under nonequilibrium conditions through computational simulations of bubble nucleation under rapid decompression like volcanic eruptions. In addition, nonequilibrium distribution in a thermal conducting state is also investigated. The results may be applicable to control nonequilibrium phenomena.
