Research Abstract

様々な骨格融合種の合成に成功し、骨格融合法という有機パイ共役系分子の新たな分子設計の概念を発展させた。すなわち、アヌレン環内部に多重結合を融合させることで、分子骨格のむやみな巨大化・複雑化なしに有機近赤外色素を合成することに成功した。また、水溶性誘導体を合成し、水中での骨格融合種の基本的性質を明らかとした。さらに、関連する遷移金属錯体を種々合成し、その構造及び性質を明らかとした。
