| Research Abstract |
タンパク質をまるごと閉じ込め、かつ分子レベルで単一構造の分子カプセルの開発をめざした。タンパク質を共有結合で連結した有機配位子と、無置換の配位子、および遷移金属錯体を混合することで、タンパク質を内包する自己集合性金属錯体の合成を達成した。また、カプセル状分子内部におけるタンパク質の構造を明らかにした。
