Research Abstract

本研究では、液体表面に拡がった濡れ膜の中で働く横毛間力を使って微粒子集積構造を作成することに成功した。固体を支持基板とする従来の塗布・乾燥法と集積密度としては同程度、集積面積についてははるかに大きな集積構造を実現することができた。
