| Research Abstract |
生体内における金属イオンの動的挙動を解析するためのツール分子として種々のセンサー分子の開発を行った。その結果、銀、カドミウム、亜鉛、および水銀などの金属イオンに対して特異的な応答を示す分子の開発に成功した。中でもカドミウムイオンセンサーを用いることで、レシオ法による細胞内カドミウムの濃度変化を世界で初めてイメージングすることに成功した。
