Research Abstract

自己集積法を用い、実用化されている回折格子と同程度の回折効率を持つ微粒子集積体を作製することができた。本集積体はポリスチレン微粒子で形成されており、膜厚は約2μmである。回折効率はS,P偏光入射ともに50%以上を示した。特に光学的・自己集積的な最適化を施さずにこのような高い効率を得られたことから、各種パラメータの最適化により、より高効率なデバイス作製が可能と期待される。
