Research Abstract	イオン性の化合物を溶液中に溶解し、陰イオンとして存在するイオン種をビーム化する技術に関して研究を実施した。具体的には、イオン性の化合物を有機溶媒中に溶解し、電離状態のイオン種を気相中に取り出すことを試みた。導電性キャピラリー内部に試料溶液を送液し、高電圧を印加した際に気相中に放出されるイオン電流を調べた。結果として、負イオンモードにおいて安定なビーム生成が可能であり、二次イオン質量分析(SIMS)に応用可能であることを確かめることができた。
