Research Abstract

ノム創薬やテーラーメード医療の飛躍的な進展のためには、生体分子の構造と諸性質のナノレベルでの解明が必要不可欠である。特に生体分子モーターやヒートショックプロテインに代表される機能性たんぱく質の温度応答特性のナノレベル分析は細胞のメカニズムを分子レベルで解明する上で無くてはならない。本研究では、ナノメートル空間分解能を有する近接場蛍光熱顕微鏡を原理の段階から開発し、ナノレベルの高感度温度計測技術を確立するに至った。
