Research Abstract

本研究は,微量液体試料の粘性率の光センシング手法を原理から新たに開発することを目的としている.液中に混入したナノ微粒子の挙動から,画像解析によって粘性率に依存した信号を取得し,粘性率を反映した相関緩和信号を得ることができた.粒子径によって緩和時間は変化し,粒子濃度に依存しないことを実験的に示した.グリセリン水溶液を用いた実験では粘性率の増加により相関緩和時間が増加し,粘性率測定法としての可能性を確認した.
