Research Abstract	ACE(Affinity Capillary Electrophoresis)法を基盤とした新規な複合微生物群解析手法の開発を行った。Escherichia coliおよびPseudomonas putidaからそれぞれ抽出したtotal RNAを用いて、2種混合模擬複合系を構築した。いずれの微生物をターゲットとした場合においても、total RNAの混合比率の増加とともに検出されるピーク面積が増加し、5-50%の範囲において定量的に検出可能であることが示された。また、実際の排水処理リアクターより採取した活性汚泥中のE. coliおよびP. putidaの検出を行った結果、同時に行った定量的PCR法の結果とほぼ同等の定量結果が得られた。
