| Research Abstract |
硬質磁性FePdナノ粒子の規則不規則変態を透過電子顕微鏡法・電子回折法により詳細に調べた結果、相変態温度の粒径依存性、変態温度直上での短範囲規則構造、高温での不規則化過程、規則格子形成の臨界粒径と格子歪について新たな知見を得ることができた。これまで不明であったL1_0型規則合金ナノ粒子における規則不規則変態の粒径依存性を実験的に明らかにすることができた。
