| Research Abstract |
本研究では,バイオミメティック(生物模倣)やバイオミネラリゼーション(生物無機物化)概念を導入した環境融合プロセスにより,微細構造制御した表面をもつ機能性結晶層(薄膜)の作製に成功した。特に,ゲルマトリックス中での拡散を利用したゲル法とマイクロミストの着弾を利用した超音波噴霧熱分解法により,さまざまな基板表面に,リン酸塩,タングステン酸塩,チタン酸塩などのスマートナノ・マイクロ結晶層のパターンを形成した。
