Research Abstract

超音速フリージェットPVDは,生成直後の活性なナノサイズの粒子(ナノ粒子)を5km/s以上の超音速ガス流によって加速・基板まで搬送し,高い速度を付加したナノ粒子を基板上に堆積させることより膜形成させる新しいコーティング法である.本研究は,超音速フリージェットPVDを用い,ハイドロキシアパタイト粒子分散Ti膜の開発を目的とした.本研究成果により,Tiマトリックス中にHAp粒子を分散させた皮膜の形成に成功し,疑似体液に14日間浸漬させた結果,骨類似アパタイトの生成が確認された.
