Research Abstract	フェムト秒レーザーを照射することにより、材料表面に様々な微細構造が形成される。その中に周期的な構造を持ったものがあり、そのサイズもレーザーの照射条件や材料によって変化する。そのようなサイズの異なる周期的微細構造からなる複合的な微細構造を大きな面積の領域に連続的に形成するために、レーザーを走査しながら照射したところ、適当な条件で連続的に微細構造が形成されることが分かった。
