Research Abstract

種々の環境汚染有毒物に対して大きな分解活性を示す白色腐朽菌の培養液中に分泌される酸化系酵素により、染色産業廃水中に多量に含有される様々な染料の分解・脱色が可能であることを明らかにした。次いで、酵素の分離膜への固定化を試み、種々の酵素固定化膜を作製して、その処理効果を明らかにし、酵素の分解活性と膜の分離機能を併用した廃水処理プロセス構築のための基礎的知見を得た。
