Research Abstract

マイクロ波イメージングは先進の画像計測法として近年注目を集めており、プラズマ乱流現象の3次元観測や非破壊検査・医療診断など産業応用への利用が期待される。本研究ではその重要なキーデバイスである高感度の2次元検出器アレイと位相計測モジュールを開発した。また、これらを組み合わせた新しいマイクロ波イメージング反射計を開発し、超高温プラズマにおける密度揺動を観測した。
