| Research Abstract |
「アミノ酸化合物の窒素同位体比」による水域生物の食物網解析手法について、化学固定保存の影響が分析誤差の範囲内であり、標本試料からの生態系構造復元が可能であることを確認した。また実際の湖沼・河川生態系生物への応用研究により、長期観測を行わずとも、数匹の魚類試料の採取・分析により、その魚類の栄養段階の推定が可能であることを示した。
