| Research Abstract |
植物における環境ストレス応答性の選択的スプライシング制御機構を明らかにすることを目的として、シロイヌナズナにおけるストレス応答性SRタンパク質、atSR30およびatSR45aの機能解析を試みた。atSR30およびatSR45aの発現は強光に対して迅速に誘導された。また、それら自身の選択的スプライシング効率は強光により変化していた。酵母two-hybrid法およびBiFC法による解析の結果、atSR45aは5'および3'スプライス部位で機能するU1-70KおよびU2AF35bや、スプライソソーム形成後期に5'スプライス部位で機能するPRP38と相互作用することが明らかになった。これらのことから、atSR30およびatSR45aは強光を含めた環境ストレスに応答した選択的スプライシング効率の制御に深く関与することが示された。
