Research Abstract	小麦粉のグルテンを構成する種子貯蔵タンパク質は多重遺伝子族にコードされており、コムギのゲノム中に多コピー存在する。中でもコピー数の多いα/βグリアジン遺伝子は、個別の遺伝子発現パターンが異なる。遺伝子の座乗する染色体領域のゲノム構造を解析し、α/βグリアジン遺伝子は反復配列を介した不等交叉によりコピー数が増加し、発現調節も分化したことが示唆された。そのため、品種間で発現するα/βグリアジン遺伝子が異なることが示された。
