Research Abstract

クローン胚由来胚性幹細胞(ntES細胞)に与えるドナー細胞の性質を調べるため、超高齢マウス5匹の尾から線維芽細胞を採取し核移植を行い、全ての個体からntES細胞を樹立することに成功した。これらのntES細胞は全てES細胞マーカーに陽性であり、キメラマウスを介して、全てのドナー個体由来の産仔作出に成功した。次にこれらntES細胞をドナー核として核移植を行った結果、2年9カ月齢という非常に高齢な個体からクローンマウスを作出することに成功した。
