Research Abstract	HIV感染、種々の固形癌の転移や血液癌の進行、慢性関節リウマチの炎症等に関与しているケモカイン受容体CXCR4に対して特異的に結合する蛍光性アンタゴニストの開発に成功した。この蛍光性アンタゴニストは、CXCR4リガンド候補化合物のスクリーニングプローブ、および細胞表面に存在するCXCR4の蛍光イメージングプローブとして有用であることを明らかにした。
