| Research Abstract |
本研究ではより簡便かつ効率的に高度置換不斉分子を合成する方法論の開発を目指し、検討を行った。その結果、パラジウム触媒存在下炭酸プロパルギル化合物に対し2-メチル-1,3-シクロヘキサンジオンを作用させたところ、四級不斉炭素中心を持つ環化体が立体選択的に得られることを見出した。更にパラジウム触媒を用いたα-置換ケトンの位置選択的アルケニル化反応、プロパルギルアルコールを用いた光学活性アレンへの立体選択的変換反応の開発も成功した。
