Research Abstract |
An efficient synthetic route for neurotrophic jiadifenin has been established. The key steps were Pd-catalyzed Mizoroki-Heck reaction for cyclopentene ring and successive Tsuji-Trost reaction and lactonization for center and lactone rings.
