Research Abstract

染色体クロマチンの構造変換に関わる複合体の構造と機能を解明するため、タンパク質複合体の再構成に資する大腸菌内共発現ベクター系を構築した。また、ヒストン修飾酵素とヒストン、阻害剤を複合体化させ、ヒストン脱メチル化酵素LSD1の結晶構造を解明した。さらにヒストンシャペロンAsf1に対する2種類のシャペロン複合体を構造解明し、両結合因子がAsf1に対して類似した結合様式をもつことを見出した。
