Research Abstract

脳の発達に伴い増加するSept8に結合する分子の探索を行い、VAMP2およびdysbindin-1を同定した。Sept8とVAMP2の結合を解析し、Sept8は、神経伝達物質放出を制御している可能性があることを明らかにした。また、dysbindin-1の神経組織における解析を行い、dysbindin-1は、神経細胞の樹状突起形態を制御している可能性があることを明らかにした。
