| Research Abstract |
生体内の特定の蛋白質に選択的に結合するリガンド分子に蛍光を発する分子団を結合させた蛍光ラベル化リガンドは、標的蛋白質の生理機能解析や、薬のリードとなる化合物の探索に有用な機能性分子です。本研究では、こうした蛍光ラベル化リガンドを開発するために用いる蛍光ラベル化剤の開発を行いました。開発されたラベル化剤は、結合前後で蛍光強度が変化する等の有用性を持っており、様々な応用が可能であることを明らかにしました。
