| Research Abstract |
肝臓の毛細胆管側膜に発現している胆汁排泄輸送体(Mrp2, Bsep)の機能低下がリン酸化酵素PKCの分子種依存的に胆管側膜から細胞質へ局在が変化することを見出した。また、胆汁輸送体と細胞骨格のアンカー蛋白質であるEzrin-Radixin-Moesin (ERM) familyのうち肝臓で高発現のRadixinのリン酸化状態の変動がMrp2の局在に影響することを明らかとし、ERMの発現プロファイルの違いがPKC分子種依存的な胆汁排泄輸送体の局在制御機構に関わっていることが示唆された。
