| Research Abstract |
抗原特異的抗腫瘍ワクチンにより誘導されるエフェクター機構が、臓器特異的であることを明らかにした。臓器特異的エフェクター機構は、抗原特異的なCD4陽性T細胞の臓器による違いというよりは、CD4陽性T細胞の下流の最終的なエフェクター細胞や分子が臓器の微小環境によって規定されるためと予想される。これまでに、抗腫瘍活性の臓器特異的なエフェクター機構は全く知られていなかった。新たな抗腫瘍免疫療法の開発に役立つと考えられる。
