| Research Abstract |
本研究では、low dose metronomic chemotherapy(LDM)が有する課題を、がん新生血管に標的化されたリポソーム化抗がん剤を、あるいはLDMとリポソーム化抗がん剤を併用する事によって解決する事を目的とした。腫瘍新生血管標的抗がん剤封入リポソームを用いることで、通常の治療よりも低用量で高い抗腫瘍効果が得られることを確認した。また、経口抗がん剤(S-1)のLDMとリポソーム化抗がん剤を併用することでLDMによる腫瘍内微小環境変化に起因したリポソームの腫瘍移行性の亢進に基づく相乗的な抗腫瘍効果向上が得られることを明らかにした。本検討から、既存のLDMの課題を克服できる可能性があることが示された。
