Research Abstract

外部温度変化に応答し、その構造・性質を変化させる機能性ポリマー、poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAm)と生分解性ポリマーであるPLA(ポリ乳酸)を用いて、薬物放出制御機能・ステルス性を備えた新しいナノ粒子製剤を開発した。ナノ粒子を細胞へ取り込ませたところ、相転移温度を境に取り込みのON-OFFが確認されたことから、人体に影響の無い程度のわずかな温度変化で取り込みの制御が可能であることが示された。このナノ粒子の実用化により、少ない投与量による副作用の軽減、高いQOLを目指せる製剤となることが期待される。
