| Research Abstract |
ポリオウイルスの感染により引き起こされる小児麻痺はリハビリテーションによりある程度の回復を示しうるが、初感染から数十年後に、疲労、筋肉痛、筋力低下を示すポリオ後症候群と呼ばれる疾患に進展する。本研究では、ポリオ後症候群のモデルマウスを作製し、ポリオ後症候群発症の指標となる分子および遺伝子を同定することを試みる。
