| Research Abstract |
PILR欠損マウスを樹立することにより、PILRは抗原提示細胞等の機能を制御するばかりでなく、T細胞上のCD45の機能制御にも深く関与していることが明らかにした。今まで、T細胞の活性化にPILR等の抑制化レセプターが重要な機能を担っていることは知られておらず、全く新たな知見である。
