Research Abstract

原発性肝細胞癌診断に用いる腫瘍マーカーは画像診断に及ばなく、新たなマーカーの探索が急務である。ペプチド解析では、原発性肝細胞癌患者術前後血清8組(計16検体)を使用し、ClinProt^<TM> systemで解析を行った。Pre-platelet basic proteinの分解産物は術前で著しく発現増大した。タンパク質解析では、同血清を使用し、血清中のメジャータンパク質12種類を除去し、逆相HPLCで分画した後、各フラクションを二次元電気泳動で解析した。apolipoprotein Jは術前で著しく発現増大した。
