| Research Abstract |
本研究では,緑カテキンとして,エピガロカテキンガレート(EGCG),ガロカテキンガレート,エピカテキンガレート,エピガロカテキンのがん転移抑制活性を,マウスcolon26-L5結腸がん細胞の実験的肺転移モデルを用いて比較検討した.その結果,EGCGが最も強力な抑制効果を示すことを明らかにした.さらに作用メカニズムについて検討を行ったところ, アシアロGM1陽性細胞が極めて重要であることを明らかにした.
