Research Abstract

抗腫瘍免疫を担うNK細胞機能へのアスベスト曝露の影響について調べた。培養実験と患者NK細胞の機能解析より、アスベスト曝露がNK細胞機能低下に関わることが示された。悪性中皮腫患者末梢血中のNK細胞の細胞傷害性および活性化に関わる受容体NKp46発現量が低下していること、アスベスト曝露下培養後のNK細胞で同じようにNKp46発現低下が見られることが明らかとなった。アスベスト曝露による抗腫瘍免疫抑制作用が示唆される。
