| Research Abstract |
ラミブジン耐性株のquasispeciesを検討した。TaqMan-MGB probe assayにより,YVDD 変異 に関しては2.0 logコピー中10% (=10 logコピー)の存在,YIDD変異に関しては2.7 logコピー中に10% (=50 log コピー)の存在の検出が可能となった。またHBV DNAが2.6 logコピー(最近までの検出限界量)未満の臨床検体でも変異株を検出でき,感度は従来のDirect Sequencing 法,INNO-LiPA法を上回った。
