Research Abstract

肝内胆管癌症例でのLI-cadherin の臨床病理学的検討では、LI-cadherin 発現陰性例は分化度及び脈管浸潤と有意な相関を認め、独立した予後不良因子であった。培養細胞株にLI-cadherin siRNA を導入し、マイクロアレイを行った。LI-cadherin siRNA 導入株で発現上昇がみられた転写因子MTF-1 に注目し、下流制御分子の一つPlGF の発現上昇を確認した。以上、LI-cadherin の発現動態が肝内胆管癌において重要であることが示唆された。
