Research Abstract |
アンジオテンシンIIタイプ1a(AT1a)受容体欠損マウス(AT1aK0)を用いてレニン・アンジオテンシン系の頻拍性不整脈発生への関与とその分子機序を検討した。AT1a欠損は肥大心において悪性不整脈の発生を減少させ、また心不全・突然死モデルマウスの生存率を改善し、その機序としてgap junctionを形成するconnexin43蛋白発現低下抑制が考えられた。以上よりレニン・アンジオテンシン系阻害薬の抗不整脈効果とその機序が明らとなった。
