| Research Abstract |
重症心不全に対する細胞移植治療は、次世代の治療法として期待されている。今回我々は非虚血性拡張型心筋症マウスに対する骨髄単核球細胞移植の効果およびその分子機序を明らかすることを目的と検討を行った。骨髄単核球細胞移植は、短期的な左室収縮能の改善効果を示し、それは、骨髄単核球中の顆粒球系の細胞が分泌する成長ホルモンによる効果であることが明らかとなった。ただ、心不全マウスの骨髄顆粒球の成長ホルモン分泌量は健常マウスに比し有意に低値であることから、臨床応用に向けては、骨髄顆粒球の成長ホルモン分泌制御に関わる分子機序の解明が今後必要と考えられる。
