| Research Abstract |
蛋白分解酵素阻害物質SLPIは、アディポカインを抑制していることが明らかとなったが、マウスの実験系において、脂質糖代謝系への影響は明らかではなく、その生理的意義は不明であった。一方、肺の上皮細胞株においては、SLPIは増殖能を高めているが、浸潤・遊走能への影響は明らかではなく、蛋自分解酵素阻害作用以外の肺上皮細胞への作用の存在が示唆された。
