| Research Abstract |
肺組織に存在するタンパク分解酵素阻害であるSLPIは様々な肺疾患に関与する可能性がある。その機能を解明するために、SLPI結合タンパク質の候補であるTaxREB107に関して、SLPIとの結合を確認し、さらに新規SLPI結合タンパク質を検索した。しかし実験結果において、SLPIとTaxREB107との結合は証明されず、また新規SLPI結合タンパク質も同定できなかった。
