| Research Abstract |
パーキンソン病動物モデルにおける神経幹細胞移植では,移植細胞の生着率が低いなど,臨床応用に向けて多くの課題が残されている.我々はケトン体が神経保護作用を有することを報告している.本研究では,ドパミン神経幹細胞の移植へのケトン体の神経保護効果の応用を試みた.
