Research Abstract

今回、作製を試みた薬剤誘導性のグレリン細胞腫瘍化マウスは、十分な発現レベルを得られず、グレリン細胞の腫瘍化を確認できなかった。しかし、従来から作製を試みてきた薬剤誘導性ではない、グレリン細胞腫瘍化マウスの作製に成功した。このマウスでは、最大で対照マウスの10倍程度の血中グレリン濃度の上昇を認めた。それに伴い、血清IGF-I値の上昇が認められ、血中グレリンの慢性的な上昇によりGH-IGF-I軸が刺激されたことが示唆された。今後、さらに細胞株の樹立を目指す。
