| Research Abstract |
急性骨髄性白血病幹細胞は正常造血幹細胞とはFlt3hiThy-1-c-KitloIL-3Rhiによる表面抗原の差異で識別可能である。また、急性白血病の発症には、PU.1やC/EBPαの発現低下に見られる転写因子のシグナル異常、Bmi-1とMCL-1の過剰発現などの遺伝子異常により、分化の阻害、細胞生存の強化、増殖能の強化など複数のステップを経て、白血病発症へ導かれることが明らかとなった。
