Research Abstract

マウス由来の培養細胞で、HIF-1αの低酸素・Feキレート剤やCoCl2による時間依存的安定化を確認し、HIF-1αを特異的にノックダウンするsiRNAの発現系を構築中。Real-time PCRによるHIF-1標的遺伝子発現の定量的解析、HIF-1αをノックダウンするsiRNA、構成的活性型HIF-1α、およびドミナント・ネガティブHIF-1αのアデノウイルスを用いた発現系構築を行っている。
