| Research Abstract |
血球貪食症候群は、高サイトカイン血症による臨床症状を呈する疾患群である。本研究では、血球貪食症候群症例において血清中の27種類のサイトカイン濃度を測定した。さらに治療経過とともに経時的にサイトカイン濃度の測定をした。その結果、血球貪食症候群の病態において、IL-2、TNF-α、MCP-1、MIP-1β、IL-8、IFN-γ、IP-10といったサイトカイン群が重要な役割を果たしており、特にMCP-1とMIP-1β、IL-8が病勢を鋭敏に反映していることを解明した。
