Research Abstract

研究成果の概要: 新規FGF-2結合蛋白質(FGF-BP3)は成体の前頭葉眼窩野に特異的に発現し、その遺伝子改変マウスは新奇環境下で不安様行動を示した。このとき前頭葉眼窩野においてERKのリン酸化と初期誘導遺伝子c-fosの発現が減弱していた。つまりFGF-BP3はFGF-ERKシグナルに関与し、不安を司る前頭葉の高次機能を制御していた。本研究の結果から、遺伝子とこころを繋ぐ成果が得られたとともに、FGF-BP3が不安障害に対する薬剤開発の対象分子になりうる可能性を示した。
