| Research Abstract |
臍帯血中CD34陽性細胞をMatrigel上、又はフィルターメンブレンを用いた気相液相境界面での培養で肺II型上皮細胞に分化を誘導することは不可能であった。少なくとも臍帯血中CD34陽性細胞から肝細胞、血管内皮細胞への分化誘導と同様の手法(primary cultureと同様の条件でのCD34陽性細胞の培養により血管内皮細胞、肝細胞は分化可能)では困難である。FGF-7、ハイドロコルチゾン以外に何らかの成長因子などが必要なのかもしれず、今後の検討課題である。
